Episode #14: Regulate Yourself First  

 

Last year I woke up on Christmas morning and thought “I don’t know if I can do this.”

 Our family had been facing health issues in the weeks leading up to the holidays, I was extremely sleep deprived, and the sound of my kids crawling into my room before dawn sent a murderous rage through my body.

Not a great way to kick off a magical morning!

But instead of feeling guilty for the irritation and lack of connection I was experiencing, I took myself through a process called “The 4 N’s”
